Dear Patients and Families,
This letter is to notify you that Elizabeth Mardesich, ARNP “Lizzie” will not be returning to work at Ballard Pediatric Clinic. Her last day will be April 2, 2026.
If you need a medication refill or a medication check, please contact the main office to schedule an appointment or place the medication refill order with your child’s primary care physician. We do not know if or when we may replace this position with our clinic.
