Referred To A Specialist?

Note: It can take up to a week for our referral coordinator to process referrals.

All referrals get faxed directly to specialist's office with pertinent clinical documentation explaining why you are being referred to their office, including your contact information for scheduling purposes. Once the referral coordinator places the referral for your family, you will be notified via patient portal or email. Please be sure that you are registered for the patient portal. 

 

If your referral is an emergency, please let your primary doctor know.
